If you wish to return the order, there is a period of two weeks after delivery to inform us.
Please inform us of the reason for the return. We will then arrange for a collection order.
Please note that the tyre(s) must be in perfect condition and not mounted in order to be returned.

Neutral shipping (if you are the camp)
- No shipping documents or invoice documents with the goods

Structure of freight label
- The sender is a neutral term such as "external warehouse".
- Neither your company name nor ours is on the label.
- Our order number is on the label
Terms of payment
- We can offer you the payment method on deposit or let us have the documents with which we can check the insurability.
