Wrong delivery address
In most cases, the transport service provider will inform us of a problem with the delivery and ask us to confirm the delivery address.
If the delivery address is incomplete or the recipient details are incorrect, costs will apply, which can be found in the table of fees.
However, if the zip code is wrong, depending on the transport service provider, it may not be possible to redirect the package. In this case, the costs for rejecting the goods will be incurred. These costs can be found in the overview of fees.

Please note that sometimes it happens that the package is rerouted without consulting us, so we have to charge the extra cost without your confirmation.
As soon as we have received the recipient's confirmation or correction, we will inform the carrier and ask them to try again. Since this process takes some time, we always recommend the recipient to contact the delivery center to facilitate the delivery and avoid the return of the package.
The delivery center might not receive the confirmation in time and send the package back to our warehouse. If the recipient can prove the correctness of the delivery address with an official document, such as an invoice, we can try to refuse the shipping costs to the carrier.
